With Airbnb gaining popularity, they needed more hosts to keep up with guest demand. They came to us to figure out how to best target and find new hosts. Understanding that hosting is a unique and highly considered decision, we went with a high impact direct mail program, which provided the “real estate” and shelf-life needed to communicate, reinforce and, ultimately, sell-in this new idea to targeted prospects.
