Thumbtack is an online marketplace that helps consumers connect with local professional service providers. Driving repeat business is critical to their success, so they needed to implement marketing strategies that would reinforce brand awareness and expand users’ knowledge and understanding of their complete service offering. Email was the logical choice. Firewood first designed and developed the email templates for all of Thumbtack’s Consumer- and Professional-facing marketing emails. Using these templates, we then helped execute multiple email initiatives, including newsletters, category-specific initiatives, and consumer reactivation campaigns.
