Born and raised in North Carolina, Courtney also went to college in her home state, where she majored in journalism. She remained in Raleigh for the first few years of her career, writing for magazines and newspapers, like Raleigh's 'The News & Observer'. She also wrote for a financial institution and other clients, until she decided to make the jump to San Francisco "on a wing and a prayer." Lucky for us, because we soon hired her to deliver her polished, on target marketing copy for our own clients.
